Don't Be a Victim series on Spike TV

The self defense TV series is in its seventh week of telecast. The Don't Be A Victim block of 4 programs starts at 9am Eastern, 7am Mountain time. It consists of the program titles "What If?", "Because Lives Depend On It", "Practical Tactical" and "Concealed Carry School". Be sure to record them if you don't get up early on Saturday morning. Each program has valuable information for defensive minded folks. If you use the search function on you satellite or cable, search for the individual program names.
